Technability is a Team of extremely passionate IT Professionals with a simple goal of delivering the absolute best solutions for small to mid-sized businesses throughout Southern California.
Our Team is unique in that each and every team member posses experience in a specific field of technology allowing us to deliver solutions as a single-source provider. We have professionals in web/application development, design, service technicians, and network/telephony/engineering experts. This allows us to service all of our clients’ needs saving time, money and resources to help businesses grow and prosper.
Technability was formed in February of 2008 as a new business in Lake Forest CA, but that does not mean we are new to Technology. A group of professionals decided to all join forces which led to the creation of Technability, LLC. The two founders, Darren Peterson and Josh Nolan, have a combined history of over 20+ years in Technology and head the two main focus areas of Technability; Networking/Security/Systems and Web/Application Development. Each founder manages a team of professionals that make up the core of Technability and why we operate effectively and efficiently. Technability has recently added additional professionals to the Team and will continue to do so for many years to come. One of our goals and a promise we have always made to our clients, is that we will never outgrow our clients and we will always provide the level of dedication and support required to ensure our clients are successful.

Team Members
Darren Peterson, Co-Founder and President of Technability, is the resident computer/networking “Geek” and has served as the Vice President of Information Systems for Mimi's Cafe Restaurants and as an Implementation Manager for Micros Systems Southern California developing Point-Of-Sale Systems. Darren has over 15+ years experience in the Technology Sector and heads up Technability's Networking/Security/Systems Projects.
Josh Nolan, Co-Founder and Vice President of Technability, is the resident “Coder” and has served as the Lead Developer/Engineer for SWH Corporation, Experian Consumer Direct, and Western Digital®. Josh has over 15+ years experience in the Web/Application Development sector and is published for many of his projects and talents as a Microsoft® and Open Source Developer. Josh heads up Technability's Web/Application Development Projects.
Jason Kilp is the Pixel Perfectionist at Technability. Jason is the creative mind behind projects such as Web Design, Print/Media, Logo Creation, Brochures, etc. Jason has been designing for print and web since the turn of the century, amassing a large and distinguished creative portfolio. His experience includes a number of different design firms and non-profit organizations.
Ryan Fulton is the man behind the 1's and 0's. Ryan is a Web/Application Developer who has several years of application, architecture and database design under his belt. He focuses on code reusability, functionality and system architecture. He has a passion for database design and manipulating large complex datasets.
Ryan Norris is the newest addition to our Technician team.
